aglocologorj7 Agloco Gasps for Its Last Breath AGLOCO, a pay-to-surf program that was established around November of last year, has now informed their members about the status of their operations. Apparently, the company behind AGLOCO is currently experiencing financial problems and is now seeking for help for them to be able to continue their operations.

The e-mail sent to their members reads:

We would like to update you on the status of AGLOCO’s operations. We continue to believe in the AGLOCO concept, but our revenue is currently not sufficient to give Members a meaningful distribution. And though there are increases in membership, the resulting revenue is not enough to support operating costs. As a development team we are unable to continue to use our savings to fund the operations. If any Member would like to pursue continuing the operations of AGLOCO, you may contact us at agloco1@live.com.We would like to thank every Member for supporting our effort to bring a piece of the Internet directly to the user. We hope that we can find a way to keep the operations going.

AGLOCO Development Team

I never signed up for an account on Agloco because I was a already doubtful about their service from the start. Especially after hearing about their first attempt with AllAdvantage.com, which also met the same tragic end.

I bet a lot of AGLOCO users will be disappointed with this news. I’ve heard that no one has received their payments from AGLOCO yet. Tsk. Tsk.

Anyways, if someone is going to save them, I think Google would be the most suitable one to catch it from falling. The AGLOCO toolbar combined with Google Adsense would be a good mix.

Happy blogging!

@GM Tristan: hmmmm is Agloco too good to be true? Is Agloco a hoax? I really didn’t know.

@Culture Shiok!: I wonder if John Chow really earned a lot from Agloco.

So what did John Chow say about this? I still remember him actively promoting this in his blog, bragging about his recruits.
