Creating a post. Reading comments. Replying to comments. Visiting other blogs. Reading other blog’s posts. Commenting on other blogs. Reading email. Promoting your blog. Deleting the spam folder. Checking your blog stats. Checking adsense earnings. Admiring your creation.
Let us face it, blogs are too much of a work for an individual to handle alone. However, we can’t do anything about it because blogging is typically a one man show.
But don’t quit just yet, in spite of all of these headaches you could still make your blogging life easier with just a few simple tips.

Kidd: Ate Jan, Kuya Karlo suddenly stopped moving.
Jan: Don’t mind him. That always happens every time he blogs. Too much work, I guess.
Make use of time management – One of the main things that makes blogging difficult for some is the lack of time for such an activity. Make use of effective time management so that you could allot some time to your blog.
Adjust your posting frequency – If you are having a hard time coping up with one post a day, you could try lowering your posting frequency to five or three posts a week. Just make sure that your readers won’t get too surprised with the sudden change of number of posts. Lower it slowly.
Create posts ahead of time – This is what I do here in Pinoy Blogero in order for me to meet my personal quota of one post a day. I create a number of reserved posts whenever I have enough free time. I usually do it on Sundays. Right now I have two reserved articles just in case there comes a time that I could not be able to come up with a post.
Blog in moderation – Sometimes we tend to pressure ourselves with our blogging activities to the extent that it gets more difficult for us to handle. Blog in moderation. You don’t really have to pressure yourself to dish out high quality articles all the time. Hinay hinay lang.
Outsource – You could give out some blogging tasks to other people who could help you lighten the load. Invite a blogger to have a guest post on your blog, have someone read the mail or filter the spam folder for you, or you could even ask someone to take over your blog for a few days.
Rest – Yes, a little rest can make your blogging life easier. Get some sleep or a nap. You could also do other things aside from blogging. Play DoTA, watch Transformers: The Movie, or you could read Bob Ong’s latest book, MacArthur. Give your brain a break and it may do better the next time you sit in front of your computer.
Enjoy – Of course, the best thing to do to make your blogging life easier is to enjoy what you are doing. Think of blogging as a fun activity that you love to do. You’ll be more effective in what you do when you enjoy doing it. Blog because you love it.
So that’s it, some simple tips to lighten the load on your shoulders. Do you have any other tips that you can share to make blogging life easier? Why not share them here!

because i’m working and my load is sometimes heavy, sometimes I stock up on posts especially if my creative juices flow and then just put it up as drafts. then if I am busy, i just publish the drafts one by one.
