About a month ago, a particular Pinoy blogger sought to make a name for himself in the crowded and harsh world of blogging. Just like everyone else who tried to venture into the said realm, he had his goals laid out for him to reach. That is to help other Pinoy bloggers by sharing his experiences and knowledge in blogging.

After a month of blogging, that same blogger has been trekking the right track. He has talked about things regarding the Pinoy blogosphere and has given out a number of helpful tips. It is because of this that Pinoy Blogero is slowly becoming known throughout the Philippine Blogosphere.

Yes. Pinoy Blogero is already a month old. Yipee!

At first, I never thought that Pinoy Blogero would grow this quick. It has been only 30 days and my blog has reached a level which has shown great potential in terms of blog growth.

As of writing, my blog has accumulated 2500 unique visitors, I reached a Technorati authority of 106, and reached a rank of 128 on Ratified. If we were to consider exponential growth, imagine what my blog would achieve after a year!

Also, if you would make a search on google under the keywords “Pinoy Blogging”, “Pinoy Blogger”, and “Pinoy Blogosphere” you would see that I would rank on the first three pages of these searches.

How did I do all of this? Do I have some sort of uber-top-secret technique that has boosted my blog’s growth?

Well, I do have some techniques that I can share with you, but I can’t exactly call them uber-top-secret:

• Blog because you want to. Love every minute of it.
• Create content that is worth reading and interesting.
• Listen to your readers. They are the most important thing that helps your blog grow. Treasure them.
• Read other people’s blogs and try to comment if you have anything to react. Make friends with them and help them when they are in need.
• Be determined. Don’t let other people let you down. Never give up.
• Learn from your mistakes. Evaluate your experience and make use of what you have learned in the future. I have, look at where it has taken Pinoy Blogero.
