My one week sem-break is now over. Pfft. Sigh… Sigh… Sigh…

Here are the latest happenings on the Pinoy blogosphere!

• Good news to everyone! Bloggers can now receive payments through their paypal accounts! You can read about it here, here, and here. Things are looking up for the money making sector of the Pinoy blogosphere.

• In time with Google’s 9th Anniversary, Google Adsense had just enabled the option of sending payments for Publishers through Western Union. This would make transactions easier and safer for Pinoy Adsense users. Read about this here and get some tips about it here.

• Wordpress 2.3, codenamed ‘Dexter’, had just been released! It is a major update with lots of different features. It is advised to everyone to take precautions when updating their wordpress blogs, check out Allen’s post on what to do when upgrading to 2.3.

• MyBlogLog has just recently merged with Yahoo. I’m expecting more features to be dished out soon from these two companies, but so far all I got were the same old my MyBlogLog features and some added sign-up/confirmation forms.

• A number of bloggers (Jayvee Fernandez, Joey Climaco, Markku Seguerra, Juned Sonido, and Lauren Dado) will be going on air at NU107 tonight at 8PM (Sunday, Sept 30). Do tune in!

• Ever tried playing WarBook in FaceBook? Janette Toral shares some tips from her own experiences in playing the game. She’s already at level 10, I’m at level 6. While you are at it, why not add me up as a friend. Just search for Karlo Licudine.

• Marvel is once again out with a new comic-movie conversion. Marvel fans, welcome Iron man to the big screen! Weee! Watch the trailer here.
