Yes, PinoyBlogero.com has once again been redesigned! And this time, I have created my own theme from scratch to add more to the unique brand of PinoyBlogero.com!

I have resorted to having a semi-magazine type of design and still stuck with the blue-green color combination taken from my previous theme. The area for the articles is now wider and the menu on top has been cramped a little so that the sidebar can push itself upwards giving it more exposure above the fold.

What do I mean by semi-magazine type of design? Check out the frontpage and you would see what I mean.

I changed the header of the site for it to go well with the colors and made the search form visible by placing in on top of a dark background. Feed buttons are now scattered all over the blog for a higher feed signup clickthrough. I’ve also added the Featured Blog of the Month section, where lucky Filipino blogs will be showcased and reviewed every week!

I decided to remove the Tagboard because I feel that it would make the blog look less professional. Besides, there’s not much difference if I remove it or not.

I’ve already tested the themes on the latest versions of Firefox and IE. There are still some problems on IE7 that I am still trying to fix. Don’t even bother checking it on older versions. I have no idea how it looks like on Safari and Opera because I don’t have these browsers. If you happen to see any problems on the browsers mentioned above, please take the time to contact me here . It’s a good thing that there were still some creative juice left for the creation of the theme, I almost thought I drained everything up struggling against Writer’s Block. Anyways, see you guys on Wednesday! Happy blogging!
