Let’s put it this way — the current Law says people who earn money should pay Personal Income Tax. Are there bloggers out there who make money from their blogs also pay taxes?

Existing laws have not stopped bloggers from blogging. I don’t think newer ones will.

Honestly, the way you describe it sounds like a tax on e-commerce.
So if you sell something on multiply
Or sell contents like research reports
or music or fiction
And you happen to be based here
This law could be interpreted as applying to you
And while many have insisted the law applies only to telco companies
No one has shown me the line from the law saying that.

So basically, what it says is that, if you’re not asking a fee for your content then your blog/site is not covered by the rules.
